By accessing our website, registering for an event, participating in a program, or engaging with Five Forward, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Participation

Five Forward provides leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, esports, mentorship, career readiness, and educational experiences for students and emerging leaders.

Registration

Submission of a registration form does not guarantee admission or participation. Event capacity limits, eligibility requirements, and program availability may apply.

Event Changes

Five Forward reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, locations, programming, or activities as needed.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to demonstrate respectful, appropriate, and professional behavior. Five Forward reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to others.

Photography & Media Release

By participating in a Five Forward event or program, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be captured during the experience.

Participants grant Five Forward, The Well CDC, and authorized partners permission to use such content for promotional, educational, reporting, social media, marketing, and program-related purposes without additional compensation.

Intellectual Property

All Five Forward branding, logos, content, materials, graphics, and program assets remain the property of Five Forward unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in Five Forward programs and events is voluntary. Five Forward, The Well CDC, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or event.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Five Forward is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.

Updates

Five Forward may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website, programs, or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
